Located on an exceptional site, with three street frontages, 'Village' forms a highly visible termination point for both the Gold Coast Highway and Palm Beach Avenue approaches. The development takes full advantage of this ideal location for apartment living, with positive contributions to a vibrant streetscape and spectacular views to the ocean.

The building has been carefully composed to provide an 8 level tower over a dual-level podium. The retail band engages positively with the existing commercial precinct.

The external composition of the tower reflects the functionality of the apartment interior. The tower looks to extenuate the horizontal linear form with well-detailed balustrade treatments. The western facade features wing-like balconies which sweep in to the full height recess. Giving light to the lobby hallway, the vertical slot illuminates the full height screening.
