The urban design of the project prioritises a dynamic and engaging street presence along Wharf Street, with comfortable pedestrian access and safe routes for vehicles. The podium level features deep soil zones and dense subtropical landscaping, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Ground-level commercial spaces, including a coffee shop and office, activate the street frontage, while the building lobby and communal outdoor areas provide an inviting transition between the public and private realms. Above the commercial spaces, three levels of apartments are positioned to maximise views and privacy, with a further four levels set back to reduce the perceived height from the street.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the building incorporates performance glazing, solar services, and energy-efficient fixtures to minimise its environmental impact. Expansive windows and thoughtfully placed openings promote natural ventilation, reducing reliance on air conditioning while enhancing the living experience. Residents can enjoy communal spaces, including a rooftop terrace, gardens, sundeck, and swimming pool, all designed to foster a sense of community and provide a tranquil retreat within the urban environment.
