The intent for the Turks and Caicos Villa is to create a high quality and coastal architectural vernacular that respects the surrounding natural environment, and generates an appropriate scale on the site. The facade is simple and clean-lined expressed by architectural elements such as stone walls, timber batten screens and deep recessed roof structures. Large glass pane windows maximise view corridors to the ocean, allow natural light in and promote cross ventilation through the building.

A distinct form defines the composition of this new coastal residence.
