A mixed use project set within an existing golf resort development overlooking an expansive lake. The mixed-use project contains a hotel, short and long term residential apartments, retail and aged care facilities. The various uses and facilities are expressed through a series of varying cantilevered box forms.
The stepped built form is iconic and dramatic and allows opportunities for communal facilities, sky gardens and resort facilities. The building is designed to be climatic responsive to the tropical environment of Malaysia.
Materials are expressive of the local vernacular and existing architectural materials found in the surrounding environment.
