Positioned in the sought-after enclave of Mermaid Beach, Tres comprises three full-floor residences designed to offer a quiet sophistication through spatial generosity, material richness, and a finely tuned interior palette. While the building’s architectural language embraces soft curves and layered screening, it is the interiors that bring warmth, nuance, and depth to the living experience.

Each residence has been thoughtfully composed to balance openness with intimacy. Natural oak flooring, custom joinery, and carefully selected stone surfaces form a restrained yet luxurious base, with furnishings and fixtures curated to complement the tactile quality of the architecture. The result is a timeless interior environment that feels grounded, calming, and distinctly residential.

Framed by operable screening and full-height glazing, the interiors invite natural light and ventilation while offering privacy and protection. Expansive balconies and terraces extend the living spaces outdoors, with the upper-level apartments enjoying private rooftop retreats and ocean views.

Tres presents a limited collection of three bespoke apartments, delivering a low-density coastal address defined by enduring design and attention to detail.
