Located on a prominent site with generous street frontage along Twenty Eighth Avenue, this building plays a key role in elevating the northern Palm Beach area. Taking full advantage of its prime setting, The Tally is thoughtfully designed to maximise expansive views of the ocean and Burleigh Headland to the north, as well as Tallebudgera Creek to the west.
The building’s external form respectfully responds to the surrounding architectural context while optimising the scenic outlooks. Conceptually, the structure comprises a ground-level entry podium with eight residential floors above. The façade composition clearly reflects the interior layout of six apartments per floor.

The architectural approach embraces minimalism and fluidity, featuring cantilevered concrete frames and a textured, durable material palette. Elements such as white weatherboard, textured concrete, timber-look screening, and natural stone combine to create a refined coastal aesthetic rich in detail.
This design introduces an elegant and visually striking presence within the Palm Beach precinct, enhancing the skyline’s character and quality. The carefully articulated form and considered street frontage establish a distinguished landmark that contributes positively to the community’s identity.
