Situated on a prime site boasting a substantial street frontage along Twenty Eighth Ave, this building will play a pivotal role in enhancing the northern area of Palm Beach. Capitalising on its enviable location for apartment living, The Tally is meticulously designed to capture the vast views to the Ocean and Burleigh Headland to the North, as well as Tallebudgera Creek to the West.

The project's external form has been designed to not only pay homage to neighbouring buildings but also to maximise the scenic vistas. In a conceptual sense, the exterior building form consists of a Ground Floor entry level, accompanied by 8 levels of apartments above. The tower's external composition reflects the functionality of its 6 apartment per floor interior.

The architectural vision for the proposed development is characterised by a minimalist and fluid approach. Cantilevered concrete frames, along with a textured and enduring material palette featuring white weatherboard, textured concrete, timber-look screening, and natural stone, come together to create a sophisticated coastal aesthetic with layers of richness.

The design aims to introduce an elegant and visually captivating addition to the Palm Beach precinct, making a positive contribution to the skyline's image, quality, and overall identity. The resolved and expressive built form, coupled with a considered street frontage, aligns with the intention of establishing a distinguished presence in the community.
