The Rochester Broadbeach is a $250million premium residential apartment tower with 170 luxury apartments over 39 levels, set to meet demand for high-end apartments in Gold Coast’s prime location of Broadbeach.

Every apartment is orientated and crafted to its location within the building. The apartments present a more refined and elegant contemporary coastal feel, achieved through the detailing of the interior palette with high–end materials in coastal tones – whites, creams, sands, and timber. It’s about a series of little details and moments.

The entertainer's kitchens are specifically designed for each unit, and they flow into the living room areas. The balconies have been meticulously crafted to provide beautiful views, whilst providing privacy.

Within each residence, careful attention has been paid to maintaining sight lines and maximising views.

Each residence at The Rochester boasts an intuitive harmony between exterior and interior spaces, playing artfully with light, views and materiality to inspire a sense of place and belonging.
