In Progress, Residential High Rise
Location | Broadbeach, Queensland
Client | Polycell Property Group
Visualisation | Binyan Studios
Services | Architecture, Interior Design, Design, Documentation
The design emphasises layered facades, rich materials, and textured surfaces to create a natural, timeless aesthetic. A refined palette of neutral tones and soft coastal colours enhances the sense of relaxed, sophisticated beachside living.
Spanning 170 apartments with a total of 401 bedrooms, the residences are thoughtfully oriented to capture stunning views: north and east to Surfers Paradise and the sparkling coastline, south over Broadbeach, and west toward the scenic hinterland.
A striking podium clearly defines the entrance, leading into a generous two-storey lobby that exudes elegance and luxury. Indoor and outdoor living spaces flow seamlessly into one another, optimised to embrace sea breezes, abundant natural light, and panoramic views of the beach and hinterland.
With its sculptural form and timeless curved architectural language softened by draping coastal planting, The Rochester will deliver a refined and respectful addition to northern Broadbeach’s skyline. It will stand as a landmark that complements the distinctive character of the Gold Coast.
