The design intention is to create a series of boutique retail tenancies which achieve a high standard of architectural design, serviceability and appropriate scale within the Surfers Paradise precinct.
The development is defined by a series of large outdoor dining areas, an outdoor bar, voids, layered materials and landscaping that create an engaging, welcoming and sophisticated retail atmosphere that enhances the local streetscape.

The exterior building form is articulated with a composition of horizontal concrete awnings and vertical white brick walls. Timber soffits and accents soften the built form. The architecture portrays a coastal vernacular that enhances the local context.
