The Southbreak building elevation features a series of angled planes and framed elements to create an interesting and varied building composition. The building is composed to 'float' over the ground level with 5 storey high frames and window opendings screened from the western sun.
A variety of building materials, colours and screen textures ensure that the building presents to its important public street edge with a composition of variety and interest.
