Located on an excellent corner site with expansive frontages to Twenty First Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway, this building reinforces the northern beach precinct of Palm Beach.

The external form comprises a Ground Floor entry level with eight levels of apartments above, and the tower’s composition reflects the functionality of its five-apartment-per-floor layout.

Articulated with a mix of vertical and horizontal elements, the façade incorporates solid and glass balustrades, louvres, and a layered palette of materials and colours.

A feature vertical batten screen to the western façade, combined with horizontal planters and a vertical blade wall that extends to the rooftop recreation area, contributes to a striking architectural language when viewed from the Gold Coast Highway.
