Located on an excellent corner site with large street frontages to Twenty First Ave and the Gold Coast Highway, this building will help reinforce the northern beach precinct of Palm Beach.
Conceptually, the external building form comprises a Ground Floor entry level, with 8 levels of apartments over. The external composition of the tower reflects the functionality of its 5 apartment per floor interior.

The tower has been articulated with vertical and horizontal elements, with a mix of solid and glass balustrades, vertical and horizontal louvres and a mix of colours and materials.
A feature vertical batten screen to the western facade, along with horizontal planters and a vertical blade wall extending to the rooftop rec, provides an interesting Architectural language when viewed from the Gold Coast Highway.
