The interior architecture for Sandpiper is shaped by its position on the Broadbeach coastline. Designed to echo the natural curves and soft light of the surrounding landscape, the interiors bring a sense of calm to every residence and shared space across the 52-storey tower.
Situated at the corner of Albert Avenue and Old Burleigh Road, Sandpiper balances high-density living with light, space, and warmth. The design prioritises open sightlines to the Pacific Ocean, drawing natural light deep into the floorplates through full-height glazing and wide balconies.

Residences range from two-bedroom layouts to expansive multi-bedroom homes. Layouts are clean and intuitive, defined by custom joinery, soft-edged plaster finishes, muted stone, and warm timber tones. Living areas extend directly outdoors, taking full advantage of coastal breezes and the sub-tropical climate.
Across the building, the private amenities offer a seamless transition from the street to the home. The ground-floor lobby establishes a calm, generous entry, while three dedicated amenity floors feature private dining suites, lounges, and wellness spaces built in natural, durable materials suited to the seaside setting.
