Rhythm Kirra Hill forms a sympathetic, climatically responsive addition to the residential landscape of western Coolangatta. Establishing a quiet dialogue between the neighbourhood’s mid-century brick walk-ups and contemporary towers, the building brings a refined, modern presence to its coastal setting.
Defined by soft, fluid geometry and deep facade articulation, the form balances sculptural expression with a grounded urban scale. The building is shaped specifically for its subtropical context, filtering solar gain and drawing in coastal breezes through sweeping curves, integrated screening, and considered architectural recesses.
Inside, a curated mix of two-bedroom residences caters to varied ways of living, offering configurations that range from compact, efficient layouts to expansive lifestyle apartments. Each home prioritises natural light and cross-ventilation, delivering a high standard of spatial quality and effortless coastal liveability anchored seamlessly in its local context.
