The architecture of Rhythm will provide sympathetic extension to the residential architecture of the western Coolangatta precinct.

The concept is to provide a variety of two-bedroom dwellings that mix between smaller affordable floor plans and larger spacious lifestyle layouts.

The design intent is to create a multi-residential apartment building achieving a high standard of architectural design, livability and appropriate scale of development within the Coolangatta site context.

The expression of the building portrays a contemporary coastal vernacular taking hints from both the adjacent older brick residential flats and the newer residential towers.

The building form whilst being aesthetically pleasing with curved edges and high articulation / modulation has been designed to also sit within its sub tropical location.
