The design proposal describes a residential apartment building within the existing Pine Lake Retirement Village. The building has been positioned to enhance the existing open space by removing existing sales building and creating a ‘Village Green’, for the use of both residents of the existing village and residents of the new apartment building, providing significantly more quality open space.
