Located on a central site in north Palm Beach with dual street frontages, Palm Beach Residences takes full advantage of its ideal location for apartment living.
The project comprises a total of 80 apartments in a 9 level building, with 8 typical residential levels. Our vision was to create a timeless architectural design which responds with its coastal context and the local vernacular.
The project comprises a total of 80 apartments in a 9 level building, with 8 typical residential levels. Our vision was to create a timeless architectural design which responds with its coastal context and the local vernacular.
The architecture of the development is contemporary and organic in form, with soft curves offset by hard lined edges. Its white concrete appearance is softened by layers of screening and vegetation. The design focused on indoor/outdoor connections, climatic design and rooms orientated to capture local breezes and maximise natural daylight and ventilation.
Palm Beach Residences offer a building which provides the opportunity for a perfect coastal lifestyle.
