Nosara represents a benchmark in boutique coastal development. Comprising four exclusive, full-floor residences, the project is an exercise in restrained luxury, where the architecture serves as a quiet backdrop to the coastal environment.

The building form is defined by soft, organic curves that mirror the undulating landscape. Each residence is meticulously oriented to harness northern sunlight and maximise cross-ventilation, creating an environment that functions as a private, elevated sanctuary rather than a traditional apartment.

Materiality remains central to the project design. A curated palette of natural stone, such as travertine and limestone, provides a grounding foundation, while fluted glass and bronze detailing introduce refinement and dynamic shadow play. These materials were specified for their durability and their capacity to weather effectively within a marine environment.

The spatial planning prioritises a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Expansive terraces serve as extended living zones, integrating tropical landscaping to soften the building edges and ensure residential privacy. The final result is a luminous, diffused atmosphere that blurs the boundary between built form and nature, providing a serene environment that maintains a strong connection to the local architectural vernacular.
