This Mermaids Waters residence exudes traditional forms of timeless architecture. Wide spanning roof overhangs and low pitch crowns a two level build form. A form that is simplistic in composition and layered with natural materials.

Natural timber, exposed concrete and stone are amplified by dense tropical landscaping.

High level windows to the upper level and the ground level central courtyard draw natural night to all areas of the home. Interiors are one of refined luxury highlighted by herringbone timber flooring, stone bench tops and subtle lighting.

We worked closely with the client and builder to bring to life this very rewarding project.
