Meredith Drive Residence draws on a bold modernist design approach anchored by the warmth of natural materials.
Facing south to water the house has been designed to focus around a large central courtyard to allow northern sunlight to penetrate internal spaces. The buildings exterior takes on a composition a rectilinear form composed in a logical and deliberate manner creating a well proportioned aesthetic.
