The project redefines vertical living with a sculptural presence that merges architecture and landscape. Inspired by the fluidity of the coastal environment, the tower’s organic form is accentuated by sinuous, undulating lines and a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow.
The towers overall form is a series of concave and convex curves, creating a curvaceous building that is symmetrical and address’s all sides. A curated selection of lush greenery cascades from elevated terraces, seamlessly integrating nature within the built environment. The podium, wrapped in a dynamic veil of highly articulated aluminium screening, offers a permeable threshold between the public realm and the residences above, enhancing both privacy and urban engagement.
The tower’s distinctive silhouette is a response to its coastal context, capturing sweeping ocean and hinterland views while softening the transition between sky and street. The overall design of the tower is fluid and flowing and incorporates fine grain materials with luscious landscaping to create a tower that will be an elegant addition to the Broadbeach skyline.
