Ivy95 is located on a 1,397sqm corner site on the prestigious Norfolk Pine lined Old Burleigh Road, in Broadbeach. The building consists of seven levels of apartments over ground level entry and car parking with a single basement.

The design strategy utilises the opportunities of a corner lot configuration with separate entries for ground and basement car parking, while creating easterly views from softly curving balconies, through existing Norfolk Pines into the outcome.

The building envelope has been sculpted into three primary elements:
-  A recessed building base;
-  6 level building core featuring softly curving balcony edges;
-  Partly recessed top level building ‘cap’

The building is defined by sweeping white curved balcony edges, which are expressed in front of the dark grey glass and dark painted structural concrete elements of external apartment walls.

The project presents a disciplined use of a controlled palette of material and colours in a constrained site, to create a signature residential building which has sold out quickly.
