Grace by Mosaic offers a contemporary, coastal and striking architectural apartment development located in the high density precinct of Burleigh Heads.

The exterior building form is highly articulated and modelled as a series of individual linear elements. Each of these elements are arranged in a composition of interconnected architectural elements comprising of vertical components that taper at ground level. These have been designed to create the delicate experiential quality of ‘lifting’ the mass of the building from the ground plane.

The expression of the building possesses a high-end, luxury and contemporary architectural character which is characterised by white concrete forms, blade walls and a wellproportioned podium. The form is further articulated through the sculptural expression of the subtly angled blade wall and juxtaposed concrete box walls to the west.

The exterior architecture is site responsive and sculpturally simple, yet bold. The architectural language is contemporary and contextual.
