Crafted for Australian Development Solutions in collaboration with Project E, these homes embrace their stunning natural landscape setting and ocean views through a bold and timeless architectural expression.

Contrasting yet complementary, the residences are defined by a dynamic interplay of geometric forms, one with sharp, linear edges against the other with fluid and organic curves.

A refined material palette of textured stone, timber screening, and coloured concrete grounds the design, while lush cascading greenery seamlessly integrates the homes into the coastal landscape. Expansive glazing captures uninterrupted ocean views, inviting natural light and enhancing cross-ventilation.

Designed to embody both strength and elegance, these boutique homes offer a contemporary sub-tropical retreat.
