The Cronulla Avenue residence is located on a 10m wide site at Mermaid Beach. A constrained composition of built form complimented by natural materials and understated details has manifested this beachside residence.
Polished concrete blockwork, stained timbers and natural stone are some of the materials that have been used. High ceilings, extensive glazing and architectural screening devices let filtered light into the heart of the house.

The northern facing yard is framed to anchor the space back to the building to provide a sense of enclosure and privacy whilst at the same time being fully exposed to the sky.
