The design of the Courtyard House focuses on creating a timeless architectural vernacular. With a minimal material palette of concrete, white brick and timber-look aluminium, which is further emphasised by layers of screening and vegetation.
The outdoor living spaces are arranged to engage with opposing courtyards used for either recreation or relaxation. Care has been taken to align living and bedrooms to allow for optimal view corridors towards courtyards. A distinct subtropical form defines the composition of this new residence.
