Extensive glazing and oversized sliding doors dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, allowing living spaces to spill seamlessly onto the poolside terrace and garden. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas form the heart of the home, framed by a dramatic stone feature wall and bathed in northern light. Upstairs, private quarters maintain the same sense of calm, with carefully composed views across rooftops to the distant coastline. Thoughtful details such as the vegetated rooftop planters, integrated shading, and generous skylights enhance environmental performance while contributing to the home’s quiet architectural elegance.
Completed with a focus on finishes and bespoke joinery, the interiors strike a balance between sophisticated minimalism and relaxed coastal living. Every element has been resolved to support effortless family life and gracious entertaining, resulting in a residence that feels both aspirational and deeply personal. This project exemplifies BDA’s commitment to architecture that responds sensitively to its site while delivering enduring spatial and aesthetic quality.
