Located on an important central site in the core precinct of Broadbeach, this project will redevelope a substantial but tired retail precinct to help define central Broadbeach as a prime development node.
The proposed development is a residential mixed use development comprising twin towers over a 3 level podium base and 4 levels of basement car parking.
The proposed development is a residential mixed use development comprising twin towers over a 3 level podium base and 4 levels of basement car parking.
The towers are carefully resolved architecturally, with distinctive horizontal banding to the eastern (predominantly glazed) frontage; and a rythmic vertical ribbed treatment to the western elevations.
The building podium features a range of retail and commercial uses within a highly articulated 3 level frame.
