The architecture of the development is defined by its minimal yet striking composition, where clean lines and refined detailing create a sense of understated luxury. A bold, cantilevered first-floor form appears to float above a sculpted, organic base, establishing a dynamic interplay between solidity and lightness.
At ground level, the building embraces a rich materiality, with natural stone cladding enhancing the tactile quality of its softly curved walls. These elements ground the structure, providing a sense of permanence and craftsmanship while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding landscape.

Above, high-level trellised greenery cascades from the upper levels, introducing a layer of softness that balances the architectural strength of the form. This interplay between built form and nature creates an evolving façade—one that responds to its environment through shifting light and shadow. The result is a residence that feels both sculptural and inviting, a harmonious blend of contemporary minimalism and organic textures.
