Location: Palm Beach, Queensland
Client: DG Projects
Photographer: Andy Macpherson
The project comprises a total of 49 apartments (93 bedrooms) in a building which is 9 levels, and a duplex (7 bedrooms) which starts at 2 levels on the Gold Coast Highway, rising gradually to 4 levels to the west.
Apartments sit over a podium, which provides communal recreation facilities and a common recreation terrace with a range of amenities. The apartments provide a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings, as well as 2 storey Loft apartments fronting Twenty Fourth Ave.
The developments contributes to a highly desirable urban environment with activated frontages at street level and a sculptural articulated built form. The project has been designed to integrate with adjoining uses and is scaled to relate comfortably with street frontages, respecting the built form and character of this precinct.
