The eleven-storey form has been kept deliberately slender, allowing it to sit comfortably within the evolving scale of the area. From the street, the elevation reads as a balanced, symmetrical volume: recessed balconies with integrated planting soften the edges, angled brick planes add warmth and shifting shadow lines, and a light, floating roof plane completes the composition. The side façades gain depth through pronounced recessed voids and cascading greenery, breaking down the mass and drawing the landscape upward.
On the ocean side, the architecture becomes quieter and more open. Generous cantilevered balconies project toward the water, while a restrained material palette—primarily brick, glass, and metal—ensures the building recedes against the horizon.
Inside, each residence is planned around expansive living spaces that flow directly onto the balconies. Full-height glazing floods the interiors with natural light and frames the view, while a calm selection of oak, stone, and brushed-metal finishes creates enduring, light-filled environments that feel intimately connected to the coast.
The result is a considered, contemporary building that respects its context, prioritises residential quality, and quietly celebrates its privileged coastal position.
