The masterplan aims to make a worthy contribution to the larger resort community with well landscape road and golf course frontages that seamlessly blend with and complement the existing vegetation. Significant view corridors respectfully preserve sight lines to the landmark recreation club. Generous open space, landscape, and water features make a positive open space contribution to the public realm while the low scale of the buildings will have a sympathetic relationship with the road front and nearby golf and residential areas.
