The exterior building form is dynamic, with projected linear elements and a highly articulated western facade, with a screen that mimics the waves of the beach beyond. The tower has been considered as a 3-dimensional form in the urban context of the city. The simple podium base with it’s horizontal lines and openness allows for cascading landscapes to spill over the podium edge at the front of the building.
The ‘rectangular’ plan form of the tower is aligned with the site boundaries, reflecting the site’s shape and respecting the existing spacial geometry of the urban context.
