Amalfi Residence presents a refined expression of contemporary subtropical living, balancing bold architectural gestures with a sensitive integration of landscape. The residence is defined by a sculptural façade of vertical battens and deep blade walls, offering privacy while orchestrating light and shadow throughout the interior. Layers of greenery soften the strong geometry, grounding the home in its riverside context and creating a dialogue between built form and nature.
At the rear, expansive glazing opens the home to a generous terrace and pool, blurring thresholds between interior and exterior. Carefully considered proportions and a restrained material palette enhance the home’s timeless quality, while operable screens provide flexibility, allowing the architecture to adapt to climate and lifestyle.
