The design proposal shall focus on the layering of materials and textures with a landscaped entry to create a natural and timeless feel. A palette of neutral white colours and tones, natural stone and bronze coloured screening shall create a coastal living experience.

Indoor and outdoor living spaces shall be interconnected and orientated to capture local breezes and maximise natural daylight.

Large operable screens will be used to control the living environment, taking advantage of the year-round warm temperate climate, providing protection from the south-easterly winds and privacy.

A timeless architectural vernacular that will respect the Gold Coast architecture of the past.
