The proposed architectural design is contemporary, minimal and coastal in character. The design intent is to create a high quality residential apartment building achieving a high standard of architecture, liveability and appropriate scale within the Tallebudgera site context. With one unit per floor, these large liveable apartments are designed to cater for the down-sizer or families.

The exterior building form is highly articulated and is a composition of an arrangement of horizontal and vertical elements. The expression of the building portrays a high lux and contemporary coastal architecture. The top of the building is thin and elegant, crowning the constrainted built form below.
