Located on a key corner site with ocean views, our 54-56 Albatross Avenue Apartments provide a luxury, coastal contemporary architecture that aim to set a new benchmark for Mermaid Beach living.
Offering a layered material palette of natural stone, timber and cascading landscape, this project provides a low density of only 8 luxury apartments with a two per floor layout.

Balconies are oversized to create extended living areas with inter-connected indoor/outdoor living rooms. The top level contains a roof terrace that houses resort-style communal facilities for residents, including pool, seating and landscaping.
The exterior building form is highly articulated and is a composition of horizontal and vertical sunshading elements. The proposed colour palette features stone cladded walls, timber-look screening and white rendered walls & slab edges used to create contrasting elements.
