This premium site is located along Murlong Crescent in the Tallebudgera Creek Northern Palm Beach Precinct.

This project offers high quality residential apartments with one unit per floor. These large liveable apartments will cater for the down-sizer, or larger families looking to move closer to the Tallebudgera Creek Waterfront.

The proposed architecture is contemporary & coastal, layered with subtle curves to create an enriching and timeless aesthetic.

The design seeks to maximise waterfront views with an open and transparent northern façade. The built form features a curving timber-look screen to the western façade, that offers shading and privacy and forms the statement piece of the project, whilst the Southern façade forms a blade wall to act as the stop-end to the curving screen. Further timber-look screening and planters break up the form and softens the southern edge. Overall, this building is contemporary and minimal, and references the local vernacular through form and the colour and material palette.
