3571 Main Beach Parade offers the opportunity to provide a contemporary luxury residential development that will set a new benchmark in the Main Beach Precinct. It will contribute positively to the diverse mix of residential uses envisaged for Main Beach.

This luxury residential apartment building has been designed as one built form, with a high floor-to-floor resort-like recreation facilities on the central level providing a break in the facade.

The architecture of the proposed luxury residential development is composed of simple curved and linear forms, a textured and timeless material palette of travertine stone and timber screening, creating a rich and layered coastal effect. A series of planters on the facade add a layering and softening of the built form, reinforcing the importance of sub-tropical design.

The built form is transparent and focuses on framed views out through large expansive areas of glazing. The one per floor apartments allow for maximum natural light and ventilation to the perimeter.

A landscaped entry forecourt at the ground plane and two storey voids with draping planting creates a 5-star resort entry experience. A high volume ceiling to the recreation area with high-end facilities and landscape reinforces the luxury and resort feel of this development.

This contemporary luxury residential development will result in a positive addition to the Main Beach skyline, building upon the existing and established residential neighbourhood.
