The proposed building is located on a “stand alone” esplanade frontage site in the core precinct of Central Surfers Paradise, and provides 20 four bedroom, one-per-floor apartments in a highly textured design to take advantage of spectacular eastern and northern views of Surfers Paradise beach.

Innovative structural engineering design has been resolved and carefully integrated to achieve an impressive slender built form outcome.

Structural frames are expressed and further defined with recessed, stepping glazing panels of various depths to achieve a sophisticated external patterning to the building.

The architectural expression of this building acknowledges physical and technical constraints to create a resolved, well composed high quality residential built form.
