The design intent is to create a high quality residential apartment building achieving a high standard of architecture, liveability and appropriate scale within the Palm Beach site context.

Overall, this building is contemporary and minimal, and references the local vernacular through form and the colour and material palette. The exterior building form is highly articulated and is a composition of an arrangement of horizontal and vertical elements such as blades, screens and sunhoods.

The expression of the building portrays a high lux and contemporary coastal architecture. The top of the building is thin and elegant, crowning the constrained built form below.

The balconies are oversized and create a large outdoor living room. The balconies also act as sun-shading devices and create articulation. The soft curve to the balcony face is a reference of the soft lines of Tallebudgera Creek waterfront.
