Designed by Sunland Group in collaboration with Contreras Earl Architecture, and documented by BDA, 272 Hedges Avenue comprises a fully residential development catering for owner-occupants. The building is composed as a sculptural curved tower using curved glass balconies to create an elegant fluid built form. The building form features a distinctive two-level podium base which is defined by a flowing curved glass frame, and a slender tower form which is articulated at the 28th storey with two-level skyhomes.

This sculptural project will contribute to the highly desirable urban environment in southern Broadbeach, and will be a positive, elegant addition to the skyline of the Gold Coast.
