The design intent is to create a high quality residential apartment building that achieves a high standard of architecture, liveability and appropriate scale within the Palm Beach site context. A blend of curves and splays integrated by a series of screening, the development contextualises a modern coastal character, creating a unified yet elegant sculptural design.
Living, kitchen and balconies are positioned to open-out, creating an indoor/outdoor space which is immersed in extensive coastal views. Bedrooms have been aligned linearly to emphasise internal privacy, whilst externally the provision of privacy screening and pop-out windows enhance views to the beach.
To enrich the living environment of the residents, a generous sized recreational area has been offered to promote engagement on the ground floor including a large outdoor BBQ / dining area as well as a pool.
