This project offers the opportunity to design a contemporary architectural building along the emerging beach frontage of Jefferson Lane. It will contribute a high quality residential development with a larger unit product catered for the owner occupier market.

A sweeping curved tower form is anchored by a strong brick podium which respects the local residential character, creating a unified yet elegant sculptural design. The building has been designed to respond to its sub-tropical environment with the provision of deep overhangs and screening for solar protection and privacy.

Living, kitchen and balconies are positioned to directly open-out, creating an indoor/outdoor space which is immersed in extensive coastal views.

Careful consideration has been given to rear living and bedroom spaces, which have been flared-out and angled towards the ocean.

To enrich the living environment of the residents, a generous sized recreational area has been provided to promote engagement on the ground floor including a large outdoor BBQ / dining area, gym, and resort-style pool.
