Conceived as a sculpted concrete volume lightly grounded in natural stone, the three-storey form is articulated by full-height fluted fins and crisply expressed slab edges that step across the façade. These elements lend rhythm and shadow play while deliberately maintaining the low-rise domestic scale of the neighbourhood.
The material language is restrained and authentic: off-form concrete with a subtle board-marked texture, hand-laid crazy-pave stone at the base, and vertical timber-look battens that screen parking and frame deep balconies. Generous planting zones and integrated rooftop greenery dissolve the building into its subtropical setting.

Each apartment is planned for genuine livability—cross-ventilated, abundantly lit, and extended outward through planter-edged balconies that blur the boundary between interior and garden. A shared rooftop terrace, partially shaded by a delicate pergola, offers residents a quiet vantage over the hinterland.
In an area transitioning toward thoughtful density, the project strikes a balance between architectural presence and contextual restraint, delivering a small building of quiet confidence and lasting material integrity.
