Set over four levels, Mermaid Beach Residence design was inspired by mid-century Palm Springs architecture.
The home presents as clean modern forms finished in smooth render articulated with natural stone and timber features. Sub-tropical landscaping at high and low level gives a sense that the building is one with nature within it's beachfront location.
The interiors are well coordinated with the exterior architecture and are bold and luxurious. The home is a beautiful addition to the Mermaid Beach vernacular.
