Currently under construction with the team at DB Build, our latest residence presents a tropical modernism house coming to Mermaid Beach. The proposed architecture is minimal and defined, with cantilevered concrete planters and a textured and timeless material palette of concrete, timber screening and natural stone. Moveable timber screening provides both privacy and the ability to maximise light and natural ventilation.
