With one apartment per floor and a two level penthouse, the design intent is to create a luxurious and high quality residential apartment building achieving a very high standard of architecture and interior design.

The exterior building form is well articulated and is a composition of natural travertine cladding against warm white slab edges, screens and low walls.
Softly curved balconies helps in the expression of the building, portraying a high luxe and contemporary coastal architecture.
