This site is located on the western boundary of the new master planned community of Serenity Cove, with a long frontage to Coombabah Creek. Environmental buffers protect the creek environment to the south east and a council reserve separates the site from the potential four lane divided road network to the north. Forty attached houses are located in a master planned enclave about a looping private street and lane system and central recreational areas. Premium three level houses enjoy the parkland and waterfront frontages. North and east facing dwellings are generally clustered in groups of four about a defined car court. This visually separates buildings from the street and avoids the too frequent rows of street front garage doors that offer lesser amenity, identity and appeal. Two storey duplex houses in a variety of planning configurations front the central park and recreational facilities. With park front addresses and rear lane vehicle garaging that will protect northern living areas from road noise; they take advantage of their central site location.
