The project is a mixed-use development comprising 158 residential units, ground floor retail and restaurants, 2,000m² supermarket, first floor office space and 408 car parks in 2 basement levels and on grade.
The development is arranged around a system of open air ground level plazas and lanes providing mid-block access. These public open spaces have a favourable solar aspect, protection from southeast winds and are scaled and detailed to complement the successful Palm Beach streetscape works. The residential towers are carefully positioned and integrated with these internal streets to maximise solar access and ocean views while avoiding over shadowing in comparison to its immediate surroundings (context).
